What is My approach?
Chronic dieting can lead to a cycle of restriction and hunger to feeling out of control and binging. This cycle is exhausting and doesn’t produce long-lasting results. It does not have to be this way though!
A diet shouldn’t make you choose between Saturday morning pancakes with your family, a spontaneous dinner with your partner, cold ice cream on a hot summer day …or “sticking to the plan.” My goal is to help you feel your best, while still living your life!
